PARENTAL ISSUES & VIRAL ILLNESS
I was diagnosed with excess Mercury, Lyme Babesia/Coxsackie Virus; in other words, several issues affecting my brain. I was experiencing head pressure continuously. I would manage brain fog by way of foods, ozone saunas and IV for heavy metals. Meditation would allow moments of calmness. but I felt I needed extra. I was blessed to be introduced to Lanny and his ARDR technology. The moment was right, the blessings abundant. The world of sound and the healing effects on me have been a wonderful tool for calming the brain and nervous system. It allows me to just be me. Thank you once again for allowing me your time and expertise in the world of sound therapy. I am back into the vibrational feelings in my body and turned on to sound meditation music Lanny put together. A-EMDR instantly calmed my nerves. I cannot get any luckier than that. Honestly, right now, I am just grateful. I’ve spent too much time being emotional and confused and secretly angry. So instead of anger or sadness, I really just feel relief and gratitude. I can’t explain this feeling. It is the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced. I am not excited. I am not sad. I am not flustered or anxious or pacing or... anything. I am so calm, and as I’m writing this, I almost want to cry a little. I am so at peace. I never even knew this was a possibility - I couldn’t have imagined it. I am so very, very grateful. N |
LONG TERM TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY
After my first A-EMDR session, I slept straight through the night. Previous to this, I would wake up every night and sometimes not be able to go back to sleep. In addition, after my first session, my anxiety was noticeably reduced. After multiple sessions, I continued to notice improvement in anxiety levels, increased focus and concentration, as well as better productivity. I recently completed a quantitative EEG while undergoing an A-EMDR session. It allows for analyzing communication and processing efficiency within the brain. That was further evidence that ARDR sessions are helping with trauma reduction. I cannot say enough about the positive impact it has had on my mental health. Thanks! S. CHILDHOOD ABANDONMENT
I truly believe in this new and novel, therapeutic experience. I found after years of talking about my problems to various licensed professionals, I was just simply fanning the fire. I was repeating the same issues over and over. After a handful of A-EMDR sound therapy sessions, I now feel an ongoing sense of clarity and presence that is new to me. I have never felt this calm! I feel extremely grateful for the ARDR sessions. This interesting music therapy has literally changed my life. I can now handle life’s curveballs without crumbling into dismal drama these days. M |
Practitioner Testimonials
A-EMDR has changed how I Practice
I discovered A-EMDR through a friend of mine who had gone through a successful treatment program. She said it was so much easier than her previous therapy programs. That piqued my interest and I scheduled a meeting with Lanny to learn more. During the meeting, I had a full session. I had a strong reaction and realized I had issues I had not fully resolved despite having practice meditation and yoga for over 20 years. I use it with every one of my clients. My outcomes have improved as well as my income. I love that my clients can listen at home and when they come to see me, they are primed to discuss more openly and fully the issues that are most important to them at that moment. Thanks for letting me be part of your therapist network. A. |
A-EMDR Coaxed Me out of Retirement
I started as a client of the Auditory EMDR clinic. I was curious to see if their approach would assist me in my personal issues that I have been dealing with for decades. As a therapist, I have been able to assist many clients through their challenges, and yet somehow could not resolve my own. After 8 sessions, I began to see my own issues with greater clarity. Lanny, did not say much. I was able to do the work myself. I was so impressed, I had to come out of retirement to work with clients I had not been able to assist fully to resolve their issues. With the assistance of A-EMDR, I was able to get these clients to see their issues more clearly and progress much farther than in the past. I have extended my sessions to 1.5 hours and my clients listen for the first 45 minutes. I wish I had this 20 years ago. L |

Some More Information
The Foundation of A-EMDR
In 1987. Francine Shapiro had the inspirational idea that eye movements could assist in therapy. That concept spawned EMDR, a revolutionary therapy for treating traumas like PTSD. We took the base concept and principles of EMDR, linking the two hemispheres in the brain, and created an audio technology that helps dig even deeper into trauma memories and called it Auditory-EMDR.
Trauma is a deep emotional response to an event or events. Auditory-EMDR uses the emotive power of musical elements through audio to unlock distressing memories. Specific frequencies are used as the base to create a core energy throughout the composition. Then, proprietary harmonic convergence is added to energize audio perception and emotional attachment. Finally, audio panoramic intensity manipulation is added. To the listener, the orchestral sound travel and placement, parallels the concept of hand movement visualization and tapping found in Auditory-EMDR.
Auditory-EMDR initiates a reflex stimulation through the auditory system which is involuntary and is creatively designed as a positive and pleasing musical composition. Panning technology is crucial to the success of ARDR. It consists of moving the composition from left ear to right ear, which stimulates the brain’s hemispheres called bilateral stimulation, similar to the traditional EMDR visual focus. In doing so, this technology creates cognizance to opposing brain hemispheres. Auditory-EMDR programming adjusts speed, placement and amplitude of the audio image and by prolonging the extreme placement and extending the duration, it creates greater cognizance to opposing brain hemispheres.
Audio is much more emotionally engaging with fewer distractions than visual techniques. One key to the success of Auditory-EMDR is listening at the proper decibel level for the composition. There is a sweet spot for the loudness. To achieve the optimal sound level, each Auditory-EMDR composition is calibrated to a specific volume level.
The Importance of Frequencies to Our Approach
Our ancient ancestors used a variety of healing techniques. Some worked, some did not. Over time, frequency based healing led to bowls and gongs that provided relief from certain afflictions. And the frequencies used were common around the globe, even though the people were not connected. In fact, the Gregorian chants use many of these frequencies. And these frequencies are generally unavailable in our daily lives, as music is created using notes that are not in the ancient healing frequencies.
Our bodies are made of organs, bones, and tissue. Each one reacts to a different frequency. Just like a microwave generates a frequency that water reacts to, the frequencies we have chosen are ones that humans react to. In the early days of our research, we had people listening to a pleasant composition, without our exclusive brain connectivity technology, and sometimes their reactions were incredibly powerful.
Our first 9 frequencies are Solfeggio based, Each one has a unique property about it towards healing and more importantly for therapeutic purposes. We carefully utilize these properties to tailor a session to what the client needs at any point in time. We will be giving you this knowledge through our training materials, sessions and discussions. With our first protocol, we offer over 800 unique combinations. As you will see at a-emdr.stream, only a few of these are offered in the basic "starter" menu. Clients for the first 6-10 weeks typically react well to these few combinations. As time goes on, and you gain more knowledge and experience, we enable you to access the more advanced compositions. One of the more critical findings from our research is that a particular frequency has very strong memory recall properties. This was confirmed with both EEG readings as well client descriptions.
The Importance of Emotionality to Our Approach
All trauma has an emotional component associated with it. Just like music in a movie both sets the mood as well indicate what is about to happen, so does adding emotional elements to our compositions add to overall therapeutic benefits. This was conformed by comparing various early mood and character compositions on outcomes.
